Poland – Physical therapy devices – Dostawa urządzeń na Oddział Rehabilitacji Ogólnoustrojowej w ramach Projektu Doposażenia Rehabilitacji - znak sprawy: Z/99/PN/26

The subject of the contract is the delivery by the Contractor of equipment to the Rehabilitation Department, namely:  in the scope of Task No. 1 – Delivery of a laser therapy apparatus,  in the scope of Task No. 2 – Delivery of a whirlpool bath for upper limb massage,  in the scope of Task No. 3 – Delivery of a whirlpool bath for lower limb massage,  in the scope of Task No. 4 – Delivery of an orbitrek,  in the scope of Task No. 5 – Delivery of an exercise bike,  in the scope of Task No. 6 – Delivery of an electromagnetic therapy apparatus,  in the scope of Task No. 7 – Delivery of a motorised moving rail, (hereinafter referred to as equipment), detailed in the Technical Parameters List constituting Annex No. 6 to the SWZ, and in accordance with Annex No. 2 to the SWZ and the Draft Contract Terms constituting Annex No. 4 to the SWZ.

2. The purchase by the Contracting Authority of the equipment referred to in paragraph 1 will be made under Contract No. UM_WR.431.3.281.2025 for the co-financing of the project „Equipping the Regional Specialised Hospital in Grudziądz with medical rehabilitation equipment” No. FEKP.06.09-IZ.00-0027/25, co-financed from the European Regional Development Fund under Priority 6 European funds for increasing the regional accessibility of infrastructure for residents, Action 6.9 Investments in health infrastructure, Specific Objective 4 (v) Ensuring equal access to healthcare and supporting the resilience of healthcare systems, including primary healthcare and supporting the transition from institutional to family and community care of the European Funds for Kujaw and Pomorze 2021-2027 programme, concluded between the Contracting Authority and the Kujawsko-Pomorskie Voivodeship (hereinafter referred to as: Managing Institution) represented by the Kujawsko-Pomorskie Voivodeship Board (hereinafter referred to as: Project).

The Contracting Authority informs that in the subject procedure conducted in the open procedure, it envisages the possibility of applying the procedure referred to in Article 139(1) of the Public Procurement Law. The Contracting Authority, when applying the said procedure, will first carry out an examination and evaluation of the offers, and then carry out the substantive qualification of the Contractor, whose offer was highest rated in terms of the absence of grounds for exclusion and the fulfilment of the conditions for participation in the procedure. Based on Article 257, the Contracting Authority allows for the possibility of invalidating the procedure for awarding the contract if the public funds that the Contracting Authority intended to allocate for the financing of the whole or part of the contract have not been granted to it.
