This is a general contractor contract, with technical lots indicated as indicative. For the works described, the contract is awarded at a global and lump sum price. As a secondary matter, it is awarded in the form of a framework agreement in accordance with the provisions of Article R2162-2 of the Public Procurement Code. This contract is concluded without a minimum and with a maximum of 100 000 euros (excl. VAT). Open restricted procedure in accordance with Articles L. 2123-1 and R. 2123-1 1° of the Public Procurement Code.
