Kuntien Tiera Oy is procuring comprehensive teleoperator services on behalf of its customers located in various parts of Finland. The services consist of connection, traffic, and mobile data services, as well as supplementary operator services that enhance their use. The service packages also take into account the requirements of future well-being areas. Through the procurement, we enable competitive pricing, a flexible agreement, and a scalable service package for the customer. The procurement will consist of, among other things, the following sub-areas:

1. Mobile network connections and mobile data

2. Switching systems and reachability services

3. Call forwarding services (outsourcing)

4. Customer service solutions and reporting

5. Other services
