Poland – Construction work – „Rozbudowa drogi gminnej nr 109209L ul. Fabryka w zakresie budowy drogi pieszo-rowerowej”

1. The subject of the contract are construction works consisting of the expansion of the municipal road no. 109209L ul. Fabryka in the scope of building a pedestrian and cycle path, divided into two parts. 2. The contracting authority, in accordance with Article 91(1) of the Pzp Act, allows the submission of partial tenders divided into 2 parts, as follows: Part 1 of the contract: “Expansion of the municipal road no. 109209L ul. Fabryka in the scope of building a pedestrian and cycle path” Part 2 of the contract: “Expansion of the municipal road no. 109209L ul. Fabryka in the scope of building a pedestrian and cycle path – Bicycle Service Area” 3. A detailed description of the subject of the contract can be found in: 3.1. For Part 1 - Annex No. 1a to SWZ, which consists of the following documents: 1) Design documentation, including:  Land development project,  Architectural and Construction Project of the road sector,  Architectural and Construction Project of the electrical sector,  Technical Project of the road sector,  Technical Project of the electrical sector,  Annexes to the Construction Project – multidisciplinary,  Land development project in the scope of greenery,  Traffic Organization Project for Municipal Road 109209L, 2) DETAILED TECHNICAL SPECIFICATION FOR THE PERFORMANCE AND ACCEPTANCE OF CONSTRUCTION WORKS - road (STWIORB), 3) Work items. 3.2. For Part 2 – Annex No. 1b to SWZ, which consists of the following documents: 1) Design documentation, including:  Land development project,  Architectural and Construction Project,  Technical Project of the electrical sector,  Permanent Traffic Organization Project, 2) DETAILED TECHNICAL SPECIFICATION FOR THE PERFORMANCE AND ACCEPTANCE OF CONSTRUCTION WORKS - (STWIORB), 3) Connection conditions no. 25-H1/WP/01512 for an entity of group V connection to the distribution network with a nominal voltage of 0.4 kV, 4) Notification of construction or performance of other construction works, 5) Certificate from the Starost of Biłgoraj on the lack of grounds for objection, 6) Work items.
