France – Justice services – Accord-cadre à bons de commande relatif à la réalisation de prestations de services de commissaires de justice - RELANCE DES LOTS 1, 6, 7, 8 et 14

This consultation concerns the services of judicial officers for the performance of acts and formalities falling within the monopolistic activity and subject to regulated pricing, and any other services related to property management concerning residential leases. The consultation is divided into 14 lots by geographical sector and type of service. This consultation concerns the relaunch of lots 1, 6, 7, 8 and 14, the latter having ended due to the reaching of the maximum amount of the previous contracts. Each lot will be the subject of a framework agreement with order forms concluded with a single supplier, concluded without a minimum amount and with a maximum amount. Each framework agreement is concluded on a unit price basis, the prices are firm and non-updatable. They are single-award. The framework agreements are concluded for a period of one (1) year from the date of their notification, and are tacitly renewable three (3) times for one (1) year.
