This notice concerns the award of a framework agreement for subsequent contracts, with no minimum and a maximum estimated quantity of 65 000 days for the total duration of the contract, with multiple contractors and re-competition upon the occurrence of the need. It aims to purchase, on a lump-sum basis, intellectual services in the field of change management, organisational performance and job evolution for the RATP Group. The services are divided into three distinct lots:

- Lot 1: Change management support services for management, with a maximum estimated quantity of 22 000 days awarded to 7 contractors, of which 4 are 'active' and 3 are 'reserve'.

- Lot 2: Job support services to model and implement high-performing organisations, with a maximum estimated quantity of 39 000 days awarded to 7 contractors, of which 4 are 'active' and 3 are 'reserve'.

- Lot 3: Finance function support services for their business needs and transformation, with a maximum estimated quantity of 4 000 days awarded to 5 contractors, of which 3 are 'active' and 2 are 'reserve'.

The maximum amount of each subsequent contract ordered under the framework agreements is set at 1 000 000 euros per lot. The framework agreements are valid for RATP EPIC and all its Directions as well as its authorised subsidiaries. The Contractor is informed that RATP has set up a purchasing group with some of its subsidiaries in order to pool the purchase of the aforementioned service common to the members of the group. Estimated start date of the services: January 2027.
