Poland – Solar installation – Dostawa i montaż instalacji fotowoltaicznej w PP nr 24 z magazynem energii wraz z dokumentacją - w ramach projektu: Odnawialne źródła energii w budynkach użyteczności publicznej w Jastrzębiu-Zdroju

The subject of the contract is: Design, supply, installation and commissioning of a photovoltaic system along with the necessary documentation in Public Kindergarten No. 24 at ul. Aleksandra Fredry 15 in Jastrzębie-Zdrój with the following parameters: - photovoltaic generator power 19.8kWp (micro-installation within the meaning of the Renewable Energy Sources Act) - electrical energy storage MEE with a power of at least 10kW and a usable capacity of at least 20kWh. The photovoltaic installation will be connected to the building's internal electrical installation. The electrical energy generated in the micro-installation will be consumed on the spot, while the unused part of the energy at the time of production will be transferred first to the electrical energy storage, and after its charging, transferred to the grid and settled according to the price of sale of electrical energy from photovoltaics (monthly rate of the Market Price of Energy - settled on the basis of net billing). The designed installation does not require a change in the conditions of connection to the grid or a concession. The full scope of the subject of the contract is included in the Subject of the Contract Description (OPZ) being attachment no. 6 to the SWZ (attachment no. 2 to the contract). The contract will be implemented with the involvement of the Contract Engineer – PPUH INSTAL-PROJEKT Sp. z o.o., ul. Leśna 37, 44-341 Gołkowice. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is contained in attachment no. 6 to the SWZ. In accordance with Article 101(4) of the Act of 11 September 2019 on Public Procurement (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2026, item 793, as amended), the Purchaser, by describing the subject of the contract by reference to standards, technical assessments, technical specifications and technical reference systems, as referred to in Article 101(1)(2) and (3) of the PZP, allows equivalent solutions to those described in the contract documentation. The contractor, who refers to equivalent solutions described by the Purchaser, is obliged to prove that the supplies or services offered by him meet the requirements specified by the Purchaser.
