Poland – Electricity – Zakup energii elektrycznej do obiektów Gminy Środa Wielkopolska na okres od 01.01.2027 r. do 31.12.2027 r.

The subject of this contract is the supply of electrical energy to 273 sites of the Municipality of Środa Wielkopolska (points of electricity consumption, referred to as PPE) listed in SWZ III – Detailed Description of the Subject of the Contract (PPE List), located in the area of the City and Municipality of Środa Wielkopolska. The electricity demand for the period from 01.01.2027 to 31.12.2027 amounts to a maximum of 2413, 000 MWh (in words: 2,413,000/100 MWh), and applies to the tariff groups C11, C11o, C12a, C12b, C21 and is merely indicative and estimated, serving only for comparison of offers. It does not constitute a commitment by the Purchaser to purchase electrical energy in the stated quantity. The supply of electrical energy will take place continuously throughout the period covered by the contract. The procedure is conducted in the form of an unrestricted tender under Article 132 and subsequent articles of the Act of 11 September 2019 - Public Procurement Law (hereinafter: PZP) (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1320 as amended) and the implementing acts to the PZP. The supply of electrical energy will take place on the terms set out in the Act of 10 April 1997 – Energy Law and in accordance with the implementing regulations issued under this Act, in particular with the quality of service standards for recipients specified in the Regulation of the Minister of Energy of 6 March 2019 on the detailed rules for shaping and calculating tariffs and settlements in the electricity trade. The quality parameters of electrical energy in the distribution part are regulated by the Regulation of the Minister of Economy of 4 May 2007 on the detailed conditions for the functioning of the power system.
