The planned investment is located on the property at Kościelna Street, plot no. 44/320, land register 0017 Wieliszew PGR, in the locality of Wieliszew, Wieliszew municipality, Legionowo district (separated from plot 44/147). The scope of the design is covered by the provisions of the local plan – Resolution No. 342/XXIV/01 of the Wieliszew Municipal Council of 28 March 2001 on the adoption of the local spatial development plan for the area of the village of Wieliszew in the Modlińska Street area, Wieliszew municipality. According to the project, the investment provides for a total of 15 buildings with residential and service units, in which there will be 375 apartments and 5 service units. Single or two-story buildings, with pitched roofs and usable attics. Technical rooms located in underground garages. Waste rooms located outside the buildings. 244 external parking spaces are provided, access to which is via 7 exits from the municipal road from the north side, from the exits two-way maneuvering roads leading to 6 parking lots and 15 underground garages. Within the external parking lots, 14 parking spaces for disabled people have been organized. The entire investment has been divided into three Phases. The subject of this procedure is Phase II, which includes construction work consisting of the construction of multi-family residential buildings – buildings 7 to 10 with land development. As part of Phase II - in four buildings, 92 residential units are provided. In buildings 7 and 8, there are service units on the ground floor. 4) Detailed description of the subject of the contract, description of the contracting authority's requirements in terms of implementation and acceptance: - description of the subject of the contract (DSC) – Annex No. 1 to the SWZ. All the requirements specified in the documents indicated above constitute minimum requirements, and their fulfillment is mandatory. Failure to meet the above minimum requirements will result in the rejection of the offer as non-compliant with the contract conditions pursuant to Article 226(1)(5) of the Pzp Act.
