Open procedure, pursuant to Article 71 of Legislative Decree No. 36 of 31/03/2023, to be carried out via the SIAPS platform of So.Re.Sa. S.p.A., divided into nine functional lots, for the supply of scientific equipment intended for research activities, including any consumable materials and ancillary services, for the needs of the research structures of A.O.R.N. Santobono–Pausilipon, to be awarded with the criterion of the most economically advantageous offer pursuant to Article 108, paragraph 2, letter c), except for lots 2, 3 and 8, to be awarded with the criterion of the lowest price pursuant to Article 108, paragraph 3 of Legislative Decree 36/2023.
