The details of the missions entrusted to the contractor are set out in the tender specifications. The services are paid for by lump sums. The present design-build contract covers three distinct but complementary aspects in terms of site waterproofing: Lot A - modification of the leachate basin: - Notify the Dreal - Installation of a raised section on the leachate basin (safety to prevent any overflow into the natural environment in case of bad weather) - As-built drawings Lot B - Closure of cell 5 and related works: - Final closure and capping of the dome of cell 5 in accordance with the regulatory requirements of the AP (Prefectural Decree) of the site - Creation of a biogas collection and valorisation network on cell 5 and connection to the existing network - Installation of anti-erosion coconut mats on the slopes of cells 5 and 4 to ensure the stability of the embankments Lot C - Rehabilitation of cells 1, 2 and 3: - Installation of surface waterproofing on cells 1, 2 and 3 - Repair of the existing biogas network of cells 1, 2 and 3 - Repair of the existing ditches for collecting rainwater - Shaping of the domes with the addition and laying of a 1-metre layer of topsoil - Installation of an anti-erosion coconut mat on the slopes of cells 2 and 3 (if necessary) The design team will be at least a multidisciplinary engineering firm with the necessary skills to carry out the missions in this field. The estimated budget for the works amounts to a total of 3,800,000.00 euro(s) excluding tax, broken down as follows: Lot A: 300,000 euro(s) excluding tax Lot B: 800,000 euro(s) excluding tax Lot C: 2,700,000 euro(s) excluding tax
