Poland – Repair and maintenance services of weapons and weapon systems – Naprawa i konserwacja samobieżnego sprzętu OPL – 23 mm ZSU-23-4MP BIAŁA w latach 2026-2029

The subject of the contract is the repair and maintenance of the self-propelled equipment OPL – 23 mm ZSU-23-4MP BIAŁA in the years 2026-2029, including: 1) creation, organisation, maintenance and operation during the validity of the contract of an IT service used for communication between the Contractor, Users and the Contracting Authority regarding the implementation of the contract, 2) provision of Operational Support for the equipment OPL 23 mm ZSU-23-4MP, including maintaining service readiness and repairs, servicing and maintenance of the equipment OPL 23 mm ZSU-23-4MP BIAŁA, within the scope and on the terms specified in this contract (the draft terms of the contract will be made available to the contractors invited to submit an offer at the second stage of the procedure); 3) conducting training in the scope related to the modernised part from the Szyłka version to the BIAŁA level (excluding the basic product within the scope and on the terms specified in the draft terms of the contract and the Operational and Technical Requirements, which will be provided to the contractors invited to submit an offer at the second stage of the procedure. 2. The detailed conditions for the implementation of the contract will be included in the draft terms of the contract, which will be made available to the contractors invited to submit an offer at the second stage of the procedure.
