Luxembourg – Cleaning services – Nettoyage des 33 rames de tramway et du Centre de Remisage et de Maintenance du KIRCHBERG (CRM) y compris les bâtiments en ligne

The subject of the present contract is the provision of cleaning services for the 33 tram units as well as the buildings and facilities of Luxtram, including in particular the Remisage and Maintenance Centre (CRM) in Kirchberg (administrative building, remisage hall, maintenance workshops and sports hall), the driver changeover facilities located at the Lycée Bouneweg, Stadion and Findel – Luxembourg Airport stations, as well as the outdoor spaces adjacent to these buildings. The contract also includes the maintenance of outdoor spaces in winter as well as the cleaning of all glazed surfaces. In addition, it includes the supply and delivery of all the cleaning products and consumables necessary for the proper execution of the services.
