The subject of this procurement is the legal services (”Services”) produced for Gasgrid Finland Oy ("Purchasing Entity") and its subsidiaries Gasgrid Vetyverkot Oy and Floating LNG Terminal Finland Oy. The Purchasing Entity is seeking, in this procurement, the following professional service providers to produce legal services for its needs in the following areas: Procurement Law / 2 providers. Including, among other things: - Interpretations and advice related to procurement law in special sectors - Participation in procurement procedures and assistance to the purchaser in negotiations - Production and maintenance of framework, assignment, delivery, confidentiality, etc. agreements related to procurement - Representation of the Purchasing Entity in possible Market Court proceedings - Procurement law training and information sessions for the Purchaser's staff The selected Service Provider must be able to produce services in Finnish and English. The contract comes into force from the date of its signature and is valid for 4+2+2 years. The services are scheduled to commence by the end of 2026 (estimated in October). This procurement is subject to the special sector procurement law, i.e. the law on procurements and usage rights agreements of units operating in the water and energy supply, transport and postal services sector (1398/2016).
