Yleisradio Oy (hereinafter "Yle") invites tenders for the provision of in-house recruitment consulting services for Yle's use. Yle's objective is to find a knowledgeable recruitment partner who ensures the high-quality and efficient execution of Yle's recruitment processes. The service will enhance the positive candidate experience and Yle's employer brand. The partner is expected to demonstrate flexibility, agility, and up-to-date expertise in the continually evolving recruitment field. Yle seeks two (2) full-time recruitment consultants, one (1) per role, to carry out the tasks mentioned in the previous section. The requirements for each role are described in Annex 2 “Experts” of the tender notice. Each consultant will work at Yle for 37.5 hours per workweek. The contractor must have at least one (1) standby person per expert role (in Finnish and Swedish) who meets the minimum requirements. The standby person can act as a substitute if the named expert of the contractor is prevented from providing the service. The recruitment consultants will work at Yle on an in-house basis in accordance with Yle's current hybrid work practices. Yle will select one (1) partner based on the tender competition, with whom it will enter into a contract. The contract will come into force when both contracting parties have signed it. The contract will be in effect for a fixed period of one (1) year, after which it will continue indefinitely.
