Bulgaria – Electricity – „Доставка на нетна активна електрическа енергия от изпълнител, координатор на стандартна балансираща група, за ниско и средно напрежение с пълно администриране на информационния поток с ЕСО и поемане на разходите за небаланси за обекти на Община Тетевен“

The subject of the present contract is “Supply of net active electrical energy by the contractor, coordinator of the standard balancing group, for low and medium voltage with full administration of the information flow with ESO and assumption of the costs for imbalance for the objects of Municipality of Teteven.” The scope of the public procurement includes the supply of electrical energy for the needs of Municipality of Teteven – street lighting, municipal buildings, children's institutions and home social patronage, centre for public support, day centre for persons with disabilities, family-type accommodation centre, community centre for children and families, located on the territory of the municipality, including the constituent settlements. The total forecasted quantity in MWh for low and medium voltage for the contract period is 3175.44 MWh. The CONTRACTOR pays the CONTRACTOR monthly the value of the actually consumed quantities of net active electrical energy for low and medium voltage. The contracting authority has the right (but is not obliged) to entrust the “option for additional contracts”, expressed in changes to the objects indicated in the Technical Specification - addition of an object. The option can be implemented once or multiple times. The option does not change the value of the contract. The option may be applied in case of need for changes in the indicated objects in the Technical Specification - addition of an object. The entrustment of the option is carried out in the order of Art. 116, para. 1, item 1 of the PPA, by signing an additional agreement/annex to the contract. The contracting authority has the right (but is not obliged) to entrust the “option for additional contracts”, expressed in changes to the objects indicated in the Technical Specification - addition of an object.
