Maintenance of Oracle Infrastructure CPV code and title: 72260000-5

DESCRIPTION OF THE SUBJECT OF PROCUREMENT: In order to ensure business continuity, it is necessary to contract the maintenance of existing Oracle Database Appliance systems on which the ZGH Group's Oracle databases are located. Maintenance aims to ensure the full availability of all services on two appliance systems. Maintenance includes the following components that are maintained:

1. System maintenance of ODA systems

2. Software maintenance of virtual environments

3. Maintenance of the application WebLogic server

4. Maintenance of Clusterware software

5. Maintenance of the Forms and Reports application environment

6. Database maintenance

7. Maintenance and establishment of database backup systems

The contractor is obliged to perform the service in accordance with the cost estimate/technical specification. The contracting authority has an active framework agreement for this subject of procurement, which lasts until 02.05.2028. The framework agreement that the contracting authority will conclude on the basis of this public procurement procedure will be used after the expiry or financial exhaustion of the aforementioned active framework agreement.
