Type of contract: supply (Article 7(4) of the Public Procurement Law – purchase of products based on a lease agreement with an option to buy, including additional deployment and installation). The contract is of a mixed nature in accordance with Article 27 of the Public Procurement Law; the main subject of the contract is supply, as the estimated value of supply-related services (Investment Stage Value including its financing and Residual Guaranteed Value) exceeds the estimated value of service-related services (service, maintenance and other services in the Lease Period) and construction works (installation). It includes the provision of a complete technological solution on a long-term basis, including design, supply, installation, integration, commissioning, testing, training, documentation and service, as well as other services explicitly indicated in the Tender Form/CIF and the Contract.
