Hungary – Natural gas – Földgáz 2026

A Pázmány Péter Katolikus Egyetem, in the management and operation of its properties, is seeking a gas supply contract for its authorized consumption points. This contract is for the competitive procurement of standard-quality natural gas, continuously available in the Hungarian natural gas network, for the period from 06:00 on 1 October 2026 to 06:00 on 1 October 2028, based on a full supply gas trading agreement. The change of supplier is ensured in all cases of use. No capacity reservation has yet been made for the 2027 gas year. The additional payment obligation arising from the energy efficiency obligation system introduced by the amendment to Act LVII of 2015 on Energy Efficiency, derived from the energy consumption of the Inviting Entity, and burdening the winning bidder, shall not be assumed by the Inviting Entity without its express and direct legal authorization. The RHD prices must be determined according to the tariff decree (11/2016. (XI. 14.) MEKH decree) effective from 1 October 2026, if published at the time of the bid submission.
