The provision of comprehensive services for the organisation of one-day meetings will take place on the basis of individual orders issued by the Contracting Authority during the validity of the contract. The number and type of ordered components of the comprehensive services for the organisation of one-day meetings will depend on the actual needs of the Contracting Authority, and therefore the value of the subject of the contract indicated in the Tender Form is indicative. Orders placed by the Contracting Authority during the validity of the Contract may differ in number from those indicated in the Tender Form for individual meetings (they may be higher, lower or not occur at all), however, the total value of the Contract will not exceed the total price included in the offer of the selected Contractor. The Contracting Authority plans to organise the following number of meetings: 1. 10 meetings for a group of up to 30 participants; 2. 3 meetings for a group of up to 50 participants; 3. 2 meetings for a group of 100 participants. The Contracting Authority allows for a reduction in the scope of the subject of the contract, as mentioned above, provided that such a reduction does not exceed 20% of the total value of the Contract. 2. The subject of the contract has been defined in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ and in the contract template, which is Annex No. 2 to the SWZ. 3. The contract is implemented as part of the programme European Social Fund Plus 2021-2027 Action FERS 04.13 High-quality social inclusion system co-financed from the European Social Fund Plus, hereinafter referred to as the Project. 4. The law applicable to this contract (including the contract concluded as a result of this procedure and the assessment of the legal consequences of all documents in this contract) is Polish law, taking into account European Union law. 5. The Contracting Authority does not reserve the right to require personal performance by the Contractor of key parts of the contract. The Contractor may entrust the performance of part of the contract to a Subcontractor. 6. In all provisions of the SWZ and its annexes, where the Contracting Authority refers to standards, approvals, technical specifications or reference systems or where trademarks, parameters or sources of origin (names of manufacturers or devices) are indicated, in accordance with Article 99(5) and Article 101(4) of the Pzp Act, the Contracting Authority allows equivalent solutions. 7. In cases where the subject of the contract specifies the names of materials, specific products of certain manufacturers, these should be treated only as a definition of the desired standard and quality. In all such cases, the Contractor may offer equivalent materials, products with at least the same technical and quality parameters. By equivalence of the product, we mean the offer of a product whose technical parameters of the materials used, performance, durability and quality are not worse than the quality of the materials, products described in the SWZ. 8. The Contractor who refers to equivalent solutions is obliged to prove that the solution offered by him meets the requirements specified by the Contracting Authority. In such a case, the Contractor attaches to the offer a list of equivalent solutions together with its description or norms. 9. The Contracting Authority, acting under Article 94(1)(1) of the Pzp Act, informs that only contractors with the status of a protected work establishment, social cooperatives and other contractors, whose main goal or main goal of the activity of their organisationally separate units, which will implement the contract, is the social and professional integration of socially marginalised persons, i.e. persons with disabilities within the meaning of the Act of 27 August 1997 on vocational and social rehabilitation and employment of persons with disabilities, provided that the percentage indicator of employment of the aforementioned persons is not less than 30% of persons employed by the contractor or in his unit, which will implement the contract. In the case of awarding the contract to a penal work establishment, a protected work establishment, a social cooperative or another contractor, as mentioned above, the value of the percentage indicator, as mentioned above, is set in relation to the overall employment in this entity of socially marginalised persons. In the case of Contractors jointly applying for the award of a public contract, the above-mentioned condition must be met in full by each of the Contractors. To confirm compliance with the above condition, the Contracting Authority will require from the Contractor documents in accordance with Section IX(2)(4) of the SWZ. 10. In accordance with Article 359 of the Pzp Act, when awarding contracts for social services, the provisions of the Act applicable to classic contracts with a value equal to or exceeding the EU thresholds apply - if the value of the contract expressed in złoty is equal to or exceeds the equivalent of EUR 750,000, with the possibility of excluding the application of certain provisions of the Pzp Act, as mentioned in Article 360 of this Act. 11.
