Poland – Architectural design services – „Opracowanie wielobranżowego, kompletnego projektu budowlanego oraz projektu wykonawczego dla zadania pt. „Rozbudowa i przebudowa budynku Wydziału Jazzu i Muzyki Rozrywkowej ”

The subject of the contract is the development of a multi-disciplinary, comprehensive construction project and an executive project (hereinafter jointly referred to as documentation or project documentation) for the task entitled “Expansion and Reconstruction of the Building of the Jazz and Popular Music Department of the Karol Szymanowski Academy of Music in Katowice”, covering the full scope of project work necessary for the implementation of the investment, including the transfer of copyrights to the documentation and all works created under the Agreement. The documentation should be prepared in accordance with the applicable legal regulations, including the Construction Law, industry standards, technical knowledge principles, and must take into account all legal and administrative requirements related to the project, including obtaining all necessary permits, consents, and administrative decisions. The contract will be implemented through a competitive dialogue, which will allow for a detailed discussion with potential contractors of various design solution variants and the optimization of the documentation in terms of functionality, technical and cost aspects, while maintaining full transparency of the procedure. 2. The subject of the contract should include the phasing of the works, so that the investment can be implemented in subsequent, logically separated stages. Given the function of the object, it is envisaged to implement the investment in two stages. For each stage, the documentation must include all the necessary elements enabling the execution of the works, including the development of construction and executive projects, and obtaining all the required consents, permits, and administrative decisions, including the building permit decision, necessary to start and carry out the works of the given stage. The documentation will be developed in parallel for all stages, ensuring the coherence of the design solutions, the possibility of optimal planning of the work schedule, and the minimization of the risk of delays resulting from waiting for administrative decisions. The scope of work necessary to be carried out in a given stage of the investment should take into account the possibility of putting part of the object into use, in accordance with the provisions of the Construction Law and the requirements of the competent building supervision authority.
