Finland – Trailers – Perävaunut enintään 3,5 tn 2026 (0072013)

The contract is for the procurement of the 2026 Light Vehicles Framework Agreement, which consists of 13 separate framework agreements for different types of light vehicles. This 2026 (0072013) framework agreement for trailers up to 3.5 tn and related services covers the following:

The following products are included in the subject of the procurement:

• Trailers up to 3.5 tn and their spare parts and accessories.

The following services, which are more specifically defined in this document, are included in the subject of the procurement:

• Services related to the delivery of trailers

• Documentation services

• Arrangement of commissioning and additional training

• Delivery of products with NOL and TOP delivery conditions

• Provision of repair manuals

• Maintenance, repair and equipment services for trailers

The subject of the procurement is described in more detail in the invitation to tender and its appendices, especially in the appendix "Subject of the procurement".

CONTRACT PERIOD

The contract period is two (2) years. Hansel Oy has the right to extend the validity of the framework agreement for a maximum of two (2) years with an option period under the terms of the framework agreement. See also the framework agreement clause 6 in the appendix A of the invitation to tender. The framework agreements may remain in force for one (1) year after the expiry of the framework agreement.

FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT SCOPE

The estimated value of the framework agreement is 3 250 000 - 4 400 000 euros (VAT 0%), including the option period. The maximum value of the framework agreement is 3 400 000 euros (VAT 0%). The determination of the euro value of the procurements is complicated by the fact that the framework agreement may be subject to unforeseen, customer-independent changes during the framework agreement period in the funds preliminarily allocated to the customers' procurements related to the framework agreement. The figures are based on the information provided by the customers on the use of the framework agreement.
