The procurement of police uniform equipment items is intended, in accordance with the terms of reference and the attached technical specification. Any requests for clarification must be submitted in SEAP (http://www.e-licitatie.ro/pub). Number of days by which clarifications can be requested before the deadline for submission of tenders/candidacies: 18. The contracting authority will respond clearly and fully to all requests for clarification by the 11th day before the deadline for submission of tenders.
