The subject of the contract is the provision of services for the creation of clearings, pruning of branches, and felling of trees along existing and newly constructed medium voltage (MV) and low voltage (LV) lines in accordance with the requirements of Ordinance No. 9 of 9.06.2004 on the technical operation of power plants and networks, Article 622 of Ordinance No. 3 of 9.06.2004 on the arrangement of electrical installations and overhead power lines, as well as other applicable regulatory and sub-regulatory acts.
