The subject of the public contract is to provide accommodation, catering, transport and related services for participants in the educational events of the iDZ Prague project – students of Prague secondary schools (under sections 1–5 and 9), children from children's homes in the Prague area (under sections 6–9) and implementers of the Local Education Action Plan (hereinafter referred to as “MAP” (under section 10), including the reservation of accommodation and catering capacities for the professional accompaniment of students and children (under sections 1 to 8), and including the reservation of further shifts of the Inspirational Bus programme (under section 10). All of this is to be provided from the completion of the tendering process until 06/2028. The contracting authority declares an interest in concluding framework agreements for the implementation of the contract with a total of up to 33 suppliers, whose offers will meet the requirements prescribed by this tender documentation and will be assessed as the most advantageous in accordance with this tender documentation.
