According to the terms of reference and annex no. 24111/29.06.2026, the Green Areas Section of the unit envisages the landscaping of green areas through the planting of dendrofloricultural material, aiming to structure a green system at the municipal level. ECO URBIS CRAIOVA SRL intends to acquire the products, in estimated quantities, which are the subject of this procedure. The framework agreement embraces the form in which all conditions are established, with the exception of the certain quantities of products. According to art.20 para.8 lit f of HG no.395/2016, regarding the award documentation, in the case of the framework agreement, the participation notice includes a minimum set of specific information relating to estimates of the minimum and maximum quantities that may be requested during the entire framework agreement, as well as the minimum and maximum quantities that may be the subject of a single subsequent contract among those that are to be awarded during the framework agreement.

The modification of the framework agreement/public procurement contract, during its period of validity, is made under the conditions provided for in art.221 of Law no. 98/2016, with subsequent amendments and additions.

The modification of the framework agreement/ public procurement contract, during its period of validity, other than in the cases and conditions provided for in art.221 of Law no. 98/2016, with subsequent amendments and additions, is carried out by organizing a new award procedure, in accordance with the provisions of the law.

Deadlines for submission/response to requests for clarifications/supplementary information: A. In accordance with the provisions of art.160 para. (1) of Law no. 98/2016 with amendments and additions, the deadline by which any interested economic operator has the right to request clarifications or supplementary information regarding the award documentation is 18 days before the deadline for submission of tenders. B. In accordance with the provisions of art. 160 para. (2) of Law no. 98/2016, with amendments and additions, the contracting authority will transmit the consolidated response formulated to the requests for clarifications/supplementary information on the 11th day before the deadline set for the submission of tenders, to the extent that they are transmitted within the specified period.
