Ready-to-operate creation of a media technology system with, among other things, audio and video technology, sound reinforcement technology, video conferencing technology and network technology to provide media technology support for different usage variants in lecture halls, seminar rooms, meeting and conference rooms as well as (behavioural) laboratory areas. The service includes installation and assembly as well as configuration and programming up to the delivery to the user free of defects. The execution is to commence within 12 working days after receipt of the invitation by the Contracting Authority (Section 5, Paragraph 2, Sentence 2 VOB/B). The invitation is expected to be sent to you by 1 February 2027. The service is to be completed (finished and ready for acceptance): within 236 working days after the aforementioned deadline, 5 days per week (Saturday only by arrangement) Special note regarding tenderer questions due to special external events (e.g. SARS-COV-2 or Ukraine War): Please take into account any possible or recognisable impairments in your offer, e.g. with regard to the availability of materials and products, labour, any delayed submission of required evidence, effects on any subcontractors etc. Questions arising in this context, please submit in good time before the deadline for tenders via the eTendering messaging system.
