Romania – Drinking-water treatment plant construction work – DB-CL-07 Realizare statie de tratare Valea Lungă

Design and execution of works related to the contract „DB-CL-07 Realization of Valea Lungă Treatment Station”, including: 1. Realization of a demanganisation-iron removal station (Q=9 l/s) within the existing water management facility in Valea Lunga: - execution of contact/oxidation basin; - execution of catalytic filters for demanganisation and iron removal (and necessary hydro-mechanical and automation installations); - procurement of equipment for preparation and dosing of reagents; - execution of the building that houses the filters, blowers, intermediate pumping equipment, reagent station and reagent storage - execution of retention basin for filter backwash water and related filter backwash installations; - realization of a grease trap for treating wastewater from filter backwashing in order to comply with NTPA 001/2005 for the water discharged into the emitter/recirculation of water and disposal of the resulting grease - realization of a laboratory for primary analyses and a changing room with shower; - rehabilitation of the chlorination station; - realization of a mechanical workshop; - operating group equipped with a sanitary group and adjacent septic tank; - equipping the intake pipe that collects raw water from wells with an electromagnetic flowmeter, pressure transducer, multiparameter probe for pH, temperature and turbidity, oxidability and online manganese analyzer, connected to the SCADA system; - equipping the outlet pipe from the Valea Lunga GA with a multiparameter probe for pH, temperature, turbidity and residual chlorine and online manganese analyzer, connected to the SCADA system. 2. Auxiliary objects of the Valea Lunga water management facility: - Network within the site - Roads and platforms within the water management facility - Site landscaping - Automation and monitoring installations for treatment processes - Integration into SCADA of all component objects from the water management facility - Electrical installations related to all new objects in the water management facility - Exterior lighting within the water management facility - Fire extinguishing installation within the water management facility - Anti-burglary security system within the water management facility - Increase in electrical connection capacity (transformer station) - Provision of a standby intervention generator, fixed automatic (with control panel and AAR) - Arrangement of the existing access road (approx. 800 m) to the GA Valea Lunga, from the communal road DC2. The contract includes: a) Preparation of the Technical Design in accordance with national legislation, including all necessary documents (memories, drawings, calculations, etc.) and any documentation necessary for obtaining the building permit; b) Preparation of the documentation necessary for obtaining the authorizations and approvals required for execution; c) Construction works; d) Supply and installation of machinery and technological equipment; e) Testing and commissioning; f) Remedying any defects that may arise during the Warranty Period. The design period for the works (including obtaining the Building Permit) is 6 months. The execution period for the works and commissioning of the installations is 8 months. The Warranty Period is 36 months. NOTE: 1. The number of days until which interested Economic Operators can request clarifications before the deadline for submission of tenders / applications is 19 days before the deadline for submission of tenders. 2. Deadline by which the contracting entity will respond to requests for clarification/information: on the 11th day before the deadline for submission of tenders.
