The contract concerns the development of the conservation and enhancement plan (PSMV) and the architectural and heritage enhancement plan (PVAP) for the remarkable heritage site of Pézenas. It includes studies, property visits, the production of regulatory files, and support for the municipality until the documents are approved. It includes one firm lot and three optional lots.
