Execution of valuations in the context of planned land transactions and financial arrangements resulting from the land strategy of the province of Utrecht (with regard to “Rural Area”) so that real estate can be bought and/or sold in a market-conforming manner. Contractors will also be deployed to determine the relevant subsidy amount within the framework of the use of instruments and/or financial arrangements. The estimated/expected number of valuations varies per plot. Approximately 160 valuations for Plot 1 (Utrecht South); approximately 95 valuations for Plot 2 (Utrecht East); approximately 145 valuations for Plot 3 (Utrecht West).
