The subject of the procurement is the swimming pool transport for pre-primary education groups in the education and training sector of the City of Helsinki. There are approximately 288 swimming lessons per year in pre-primary education. The groups have a maximum of 3 swimming lessons per year. Not all pre-primary education groups require swimming pool transport. During the contract period, including option periods, there are a maximum of approximately 3456 swimming pool transports (round trip) in total. There are also swimming lessons for centralized reduced groups. A lift-equipped vehicle is required for transporting the children of centralized reduced groups. There are approximately 6 children in a group and a maximum of 6 adults accompany each centralized reduced group. There are a total of 5 centralized reduced groups. The main contract period of the procurement contract is 1.1.2027 - 31.7.2028. The procurement includes two (2) one (1) year option periods (1+1). The option periods can be taken into use with a single decision concerning the option period (24 months) or in two parts (12 months + 12 months). The purchaser makes a decision on the use of the option period no later than three (3) months before the end of the main contract period. The JYSE 2025 Services terms and conditions apply to the procurement (in the appendix). The purchaser does not commit to any specific procurement quantities. By submitting a tender, the tenderer also commits to complying with the terms and conditions of the draft contract attached to the invitation to tender. Adding own terms and conditions to the draft contract or tender that are contrary to the procurement contract or invitation to tender may result in the tenderer's tender being rejected as non-compliant with the invitation to tender.
