Poland – Refuse and waste related services – Odbiór, transport i zagospodarowanie odpadów z terenu Gminy Purda w 2027 roku.

The subject of the contract includes: - comprehensive collection, transport and delivery to ZGOK Sp. z o.o. of mixed municipal waste, - disposal by the Contractor within its own scope or delivery to the facilities of ZGOK Sp. z o.o. of waste collected selectively, from the owners of real estate (waste, as mentioned in subparagraphs a) and c), where residents live, from the owners of real estate, where there are holiday homes or other real estate used for recreational purposes, public utility objects, educational objects, municipal beaches, playgrounds, street bins located in the area of the Gmina Purda, regardless of weather conditions, in a way that ensures the achievement of appropriate levels of recycling, preparation for reuse and recovery by other means as well as limiting the mass of biodegradable municipal waste transferred for disposal. Collection, transport and disposal of waste should be carried out in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 13 September 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2025, item 733), the Act of 14 December 2012 on waste (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2026, item 1328), the guidelines of the Voivodeship Waste Management Plan for the Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship. DATA FOR GMINA PURDA: - Area of the municipality: 318.19 km2 - Number of villages: 24 - Number of localities: 45 - Number of real estates: a) The estimated number of inhabited real estates, from which municipal waste will be collected, is: 2,933. b) The estimated number of public utility and educational objects, from which municipal waste will be collected, is: 44. c) The estimated number of real estates, where there are holiday homes or other real estates used for recreational purposes, is: 274. d) The number of registered inhabitants is 8,659, according to the registration status as of 30 September 2026. e) The predicted number of address points, from which municipal waste will be collected, is: 3,251. f) The predicted number of inhabitants of Gmina Purda to be serviced is: 7,900. Quantity of municipal waste: It is not possible to determine the exact quantity of municipal waste generated in the area of Gmina Purda, on inhabited real estates and individual recreation areas. In 2027, as estimated data, it is necessary to accept the quantity of municipal waste in the amount of approx. 2,996.60 Mg of waste. NOTICE: The data contained in the SOPZ is of an indicative nature, enabling potential Contractors to obtain knowledge about the forecasted number of real estates covered by the municipal waste collection system and the forecasted quantity of municipal waste that will be generated in the area of Gmina Purda during the contract period. During the service provision, changes in addresses and the number of real estates serviced as well as the number of inhabitants are possible. These deviations do not affect the value of the subject of the contract. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is contained in Annex No. 12 to the SWZ.
