The Municipality of Tholen, hereinafter referred to as the contracting authority or contracting entity, intends to award the contract for the hiring of a project and construction manager to oversee the design, realisation and aftercare process of MFA Meulvliet. The contractor will be referred to as the tenderer or (potential) applicant.
