France – Information technology services – Assistance à maîtrise d’œuvre sur le périmètre Progiciels Programme de la Société des grands projets

The Contractor will provide assistance to the project management team on part of the application perimeter of the Pôle Progiciels Programme, covering notably the GED GDC Project and Primavera, with the possibility of integrating other applications related to this same Pôle according to the needs of the SGP. The tasks will be as follows:

1. Provide N2 functional support: ticket qualification, user assistance, incident resolution, escalation to publisher;

2. Perform functional administration: rights management, parameter settings, maintenance of references, correction and quality improvement of data;

3. Conduct functional testing (simple/intermediate/complex): test plan, execution, reporting of detected anomalies;

4. Provide support for deployment and rollout: version notes, guides, functional testing;

5. Provide support for Maintenance in Operational Condition (MCO): detection and qualification of anomalies/evolutions, active participation in MCO follow-up meetings in the presence of the publisher;

6. Ensure evolutionary monitoring: analysis of publisher versions, recommendations and updating of the version upgrade schedule;

7. Contribute to the methodological support for business referents, through targeted demonstration sessions;

8. Prepare and execute the reversibility: knowledge transfer, complete documentation, supervision of recovery and support for the new contractor;

9. Provide regular reporting (weekly/monthly/quarterly) via PowerBI: backlog, SLA, support/admin performance;

10. Participate in structured comitology: operational, contractual, strategic committees, other targeted tool instances (speed ticketing, COGED);

11. Comply with strict SLAs (assignment, processing, reopenings, presence in instances).
