Open procedure, pursuant to Article 71 of Legislative Decree 36/2023, for the award of the three-year service of maintenance of the road infrastructure, including immediate intervention, availability, snow clearance and anti-icing treatments, in favour of the Municipality of Desio, carried out through the telematic platform "Acquisti Telematici" of Digitalpa S.r.l., with the criterion of the economically most advantageous offer based on the best quality/price ratio, pursuant to Article 108, paragraph 2, letter a) of Legislative Decree 36/2023.
