The Würzenbachstrasse is a 2nd class municipal road and is in a state requiring renovation. Furthermore, the bus stop Wendeschlaufe Würzenbach (served by Line 8 with articulated buses) is not accessible without barriers. For the bus stop, a completed construction project has already been developed as part of Lot 3 of the BehiG planning. In addition, according to current planning, a sea energy line in the Würzenbachstrasse is to supply the neighborhood with sustainable energy. With this project, these and any other possible needs are to be collected and coordinated in terms of planning and execution. For flood protection, a terrain lowering is planned at the eastern end of the perimeter. The necessary engineering works (adaptation of the road, adaptation of terminations, lowering of the terrain) are also part of the order. Apart from the completed construction project of the Wendeschlaufe, there are no preliminary plans. It is a typical road renovation project with a focus on sustainability and in coordination with neighboring projects. The construction project of the bus Wendeschlaufe must be examined and integrated into the road project. From Phase 41 onwards, the projects will be planned and realized together by the engineer sought here.
