With the implementation of an open tender procedure in the area covered by the State Treaty, the IGS, as the contracting authority, intends to procure external development services for the continuous further development and 3rd-level support of the Insured Portal (also known as the Customer Portal). Specifically, the subject of the procurement includes the provision of an interdisciplinary team with the following skills: * Requirements Engineering * Frontend Development * Backend Development * UI/UX Design * Infrastructure Engineering in the OpenShift/Container Environment. The services will be used to enhance the existing Liferay DXP platform. This will focus on the development of new modules, components, and tasks in 3rd-level support of productive operations. The tender seeks a provider that can cover the required services with its own specialists. A framework agreement with a duration of five years will be concluded with the successful bidder.
