The subject of the order is the successive deliveries of engine oil to the tank located in Inowrocław at 77 Bagienna Street - Regional Waste Management Plant (RIPOK). Tank characteristics – above-ground tank. Scope and quantity of deliveries covered by the order: - engine oil – demand 361,600.00 litres - a single delivery of engine oil will not exceed 5,000 litres. The ordering party guarantees a minimum order fulfillment of at least 60% of the total commitment amount. The total commitment amount is the amount calculated based on the gross price per 1 litre of engine oil as stated in the offer and the expected order size, i.e. 361,600.00 litres. The above estimated demand for engine oil may differ from the actual demand, depending on the actual needs of the ordering party. The ordering party reserves the right to reduce or increase the demand for engine oil. The contractor will not be entitled to any claim due to the non-ordering of the full amount of engine oil specified above. 3. Deliveries of engine oil will be made successively, with a frequency resulting from the needs of the ordering party based on notifications by an authorized person from the Regional Waste Management Plant (RIPOK). Notifications will be made by email to the contractor's email address or by telephone. The contractor will immediately, no later than on the same day of receiving the email notification, confirm (by email) the acceptance of the order. Engine oil will be delivered to the Regional Waste Management Plant (RIPOK), 77 Bagienna Street, 88-100 Inowrocław, within 2 working days, counting from the day following the notification mentioned above, i.e. from Monday to Friday between 7:00 and 14:00. The document confirming each acceptance by the ordering party of a given batch of delivered engine oil is a receipt signed by an authorized person from the Regional Waste Management Plant (RIPOK).
