1. The subject of the contract is the purchase of Software Licence Management Services for IBM, Oracle and Microsoft (hereinafter also referred to as the "Licence Management Service"). 2. The Licence Management Service is to provide the Buyer with verification of the compliance of the Microsoft, IBM and Oracle software installed in the Buyer's IT infrastructure with the licensing rights granted to NBP. 3. A detailed description of the subject of the contract, as well as the conditions and rules for the execution of the contract, are specified in the Draft Contract Terms constituting Annex No. 5 to the Contract Specification (hereinafter SWZ). The Draft Contract Terms constituting Annex No. 5 to the SWZ will also be referred to as the "Contract" in the remainder of this notice. * Terms used in capital letters are defined in the Draft Contract Terms, constituting Annex No. 5 to the SWZ.
