Poland – Programming services of application software – Zakup usług rozbudowy systemu informacji przestrzennej, opracowania API oraz wykonania inwentaryzacji terenów publicznych

1. Part 1 - Purchase of services for the development of the spatial information system and the development of APIs, as part of the project "Development and expansion of e-services and strengthening of cybersecurity” co-financed from the European Regional Development Fund under the Programme European Funds for Lublin 2021-2027, Action 2.2 Digital Lublin as part of Integrated Territorial Investments of Urban Functional Areas, No. FELU.02.02-IZ.00-0001/24, including:

1.1. Stage 1: preparation, implementation and launch of mechanisms for providing data from the Contracting Authority's reference databases, preceded by a pre-implementation analysis in this area, including: a) data provisioning mechanisms API, b) implementation in the CKAN tool, c) tools for presenting ISP data.

1.2. Stage 2: delivery, implementation and launch of services for the development of the spatial information system, preceded by a pre-implementation analysis in this area, including: a) Municipal Geoportal Module, b) Reporting Module, c) Registry Module.

2. Part 2 - Inventory of public areas, in the form of a database, for the indicated areas of the City of Lublin as part of the project "Development and expansion of e-services and strengthening of cybersecurity” co-financed from the European Regional Development Fund under the Programme European Funds for Lublin 2021-2027, Action 2.2 Digital Lublin as part of Integrated Territorial Investments of Urban Functional Areas, No. FELU.02.02-IZ.00-0001/24, including:

2.1. Carrying out an inventory of public areas, in the form of a database, containing: a) a detailed list of communication routes and other surface elements; b) a detailed list of technical infrastructure elements; c) a detailed list of small architecture elements; d) inventory of low vegetation; e) digitalisation of green projects.
