Romania – Consultative engineering and construction services – SERVICII DE CONSULTANȚĂ ȘI SUPERVIZARE EXECUȚIE LUCRĂRI PENTRU OBIECTIVUL „DRAGAJ DE INVESTIȚII ÎN PORTURILE MARITIME”

The subject of the procurement is the provision of consulting and supervision services for the investment project: Investment Dredging in Maritime Ports. The specific objectives of the contract are to provide high-quality supervision services during the Design and Execution Period and the Works Guarantee Period, in order to ensure the correct use of available funds and to ensure that the Contractor designs and executes the works in accordance with contractual obligations, particularly with regard to the duration, quantity, quality and cost of the design and execution of the works. The Consultant will act as the Supervisor in accordance with the provisions of the Design and Execution Works Contract for Investment Dredging in Maritime Ports, namely the General and Specific Conditions for Design and Execution Works Contracts approved by HG no.1 of January 2018, Annex 2, with subsequent amendments and additions. The provider of consulting and supervision services will offer the beneficiary the guarantee that the contractor to whom the sectoral works contract has been awarded will fulfill all the responsibilities assumed by signing it, will respect the legal provisions, technical regulations and specifications. The expected results to be achieved by the Supervisor are as follows: - Consulting services for the Beneficiary in accordance with the provisions of the Consulting and Supervision Services Contract for the objective "Investment Dredging in Maritime Ports - Design and Execution", - High-quality supervision services for the design and execution of the works, fulfilling the role of "Supervisor" in accordance with the provisions of the Contractual Agreement during the design period and the works execution period and during the works guarantee period, so that the Contractor executes works of good quality and completes the design and execution of the works within the assumed execution duration and at the value offered for the objective "Investment Dredging in Maritime Ports - Design and Execution". Number of days until which clarifications can be requested before the deadline for submission of tenders/applications: 18

The deadline by which the contracting entity will respond to clarification requests or additional information related to the award documentation is the 10th day before the deadline set for the submission of tenders. Any request for clarification must be sent in SEAP (https://e-licitatie.ro/pub). The contracting entity will not respond to requests addressed after this deadline.
