Greece – Laboratory, optical and precision equipments (excl. glasses) – ΔΙΕΘΝΗΣ ΗΛΕΚΤΡΟΝΙΚΟΣ ΔΙΑΓΩΝΙΣΜΟΣ ΑΝΟΙΚΤΗΣ ΔΙΑΔΙΚΑΣΙΑΣ ΜΕΣΩ ΕΣΗΔΗΣ ΓΙΑ ΤΗΝ ΠΡΟΜΗΘΕΙΑ ΚΑΙ ΕΓΚΑΤΑΣΤΑΣΗ ΕΠΙΣΤΗΜΟΝΙΚΟΥ ΕΞΟΠΛΙΣΜΟΥ ΤΟΥ ΕΡΓΑΣΤΗΡΙΟΥ ΣΥΓΚΟΙΝΩΝΙΑΚΗΣ ΤΕΧΝΙΚΗΣ ΤΟΥ ΤΜΗΜΑΤΟΣ ΠΟΛΙΤΙΚΩΝ ΜΗΧΑΝΙΚΩΝ ΤΟΥ ΑΠΘ (ΑΡΙΘΜΟΣ ΔΙΑΚΗΡΥΞΗΣ 731/2026)

The subject of the contract is the supply and installation of scientific equipment for the Transport Engineering Laboratory of the Department of Civil Engineers of the AUTH. The items to be supplied are classified under the Common Procurement Vocabulary (CPV) code: 38000000-5 Laboratory Equipment. The present contract is divided into the following three (3) sections: 1. Supply, installation and operation of smart traffic monitoring cameras for pedestrians and vehicles to create an ecosystem for automated recording, collection, storage and visualization of traffic data and mobility data, budget excluding VAT 442.800,00€, budget including VAT 549.072,00€ 2. Supply, installation and operation of driving simulation equipment and software, budget excluding VAT 160.150,00€, budget including VAT 198.586,00€ 3. Supply, installation and operation of mathematical simulation software for human behaviour and traffic flow, budget excluding VAT 133.600,00€, budget including VAT 165.664,00€. Bids may be submitted for one (1) or more sections of the tender or for all sections, for the total of the items of the section. The total estimated value of the contract and for the three (3) sections amounts to 736.550,00€ excluding VAT 24% (estimated value including VAT: 913.322,00€). The duration of the contract is eighteen (18) months, unless otherwise stated in the specific technical specifications of Appendix I for each section separately.
