Netherlands – Technical building-inspection services – Inspecties NEN 2767

The municipality of Assen is awarding the execution of condition measurements in accordance with NEN 2767:2017 for its municipal real estate portfolio in two lots. The contract involves inspecting and inventorying maintenance-needy elements of municipal buildings, recording the results, and processing the inspection data in the real estate management system Planon using MCA. All relevant building information and objects are included in the tender documents and appendices. The contract consists of the inspection of approximately 85 objects.
