Poland – Electricity, heating, solar and nuclear energy – Kompleksowa dostawa energii elektrycznej wraz ze świadczeniem usług dystrybucji energii elektrycznej na potrzeby Instytutu Fizyki Polskiej Akademii Nauk

The subject of the contract is the comprehensive supply of electrical energy, including the sale together with the provision of the service of distributing electrical energy through the distribution network owned by the Distribution System Operator (hereinafter also "DSO") to the object of the Institute of Physics of the Polish Academy of Sciences, with a total maximum volume of 8000 MWh. 2. The sale of electrical energy will commence upon the successful completion of the implementation of the current contract for the sale and distribution of electrical energy of the Contracting Authority - no later than 2 January 2026. 3. Place of performance of the subject of the contract - object: Institute of Physics of the Polish Academy of Sciences Address: Al. Lotników 32/46, 02-668 Warsaw 4. A detailed description of the subject of the contract, information on the contractual capacity, tariff group, and installed micro-installations are included in Annex No. 1 - Description of the subject of the contract. 5. The projected provisions of the contract regarding the public contract, which will be included in the content of the contract regarding the public contract, have been specified in Annex No. 8 to the SWZ. 6. The projected maximum demand for the comprehensive supply of electrical energy during the implementation of the contract is 8000 MWh. 7. The value of the volume indicated in para. 6 is an estimated value, which does not reflect the real or declared use of electrical energy during the contract period and in no way can be the basis for any claims by the Contractor. 8. The Contracting Authority undertakes to utilise the energy demand at a minimum level of 4800 MWh.
