The German Pension Insurance Hessen has a branch of its headquarters in Königstein im Taunus, Altenhainer Str. 1. Approximately 430 employees are scheduled to work there. The current buildings (main building and new building, construction year 2002) with a gross floor area of approximately 11,300 sqm (net floor area approx. 9,900 sqm) are to be optimized in their use by introducing a new usage concept (desk sharing partly with open space) and integrating the data centre of the DRV-Hessen. With this tender, the engineering services for HVAC are being tendered.
