The subject of the procurement is "Preparation of a comprehensive report for assessing compliance with the main requirements for construction and exercising construction supervision during the construction of the object "Engineering - Design, CMR (conservation of archaeological structures and construction of protective covers) and author's supervision of the object "EANC Almus - Early and Late Roman castrum, Early Byzantine fortified settlement and adjacent necropolis, town of Lom, Montana region" within Activity 4 of the project "Combined Integrated Territorial Investments (ITI) in the territories of the Municipalities of Lom, Dimovo and Oryahovo" under procedure BG16FFPR003-2.002 "Support for Integrated Urban Development in 40 Municipalities" of the Programme "Regional Development 2021-2027" (PRR)". The subject of the public procurement includes the following activities: Activity 1: Preparation of a comprehensive report for assessing the compliance of investment projects with the main requirements for construction, in accordance with Article 142, Paragraph 6, Item 2 and Article 166, Paragraph 1 of the SPA, including a check for compliance with the specific requirements for the preservation of immovable cultural values, issued opinions and approval regimes from the competent authorities. Activity 2: Exercising construction supervision during the construction in accordance with Article 166 and Article 168 of the SPA, including control for lawful execution of the construction, control over the materials used, coordination between the participants in the construction process, observance of the measures for the preservation of archaeological structures and assistance until the completion and commissioning/acceptance of the construction. The consultant is to perform the activities in accordance with the SPA, the Cultural Heritage Act, Ordinance No. 3/2003, as well as all applicable regulatory acts in the field of investment design, construction and preservation of cultural heritage. OBJECT, SUBJECT OF THE INTERVENTION: "EANC Almus - Early and Late Roman castrum, Early Byzantine fortified settlement and adjacent necropolis, town of Lom, Montana region" In accordance with the provisions of the SPA and given the status of the object as a single archaeological immovable cultural value (EANC) with the category "national significance" pursuant to Order No. RD9R-10/01.04.2024 of the Ministry of Culture, the investment intention relates to First Category constructions pursuant to Article 137, Paragraph 1, Item 1, letter "m" of the SPA.
