The public procurement aims to meet the needs of Razlog Municipality and its secondary recipients with a budget for the supply of active, low-voltage, net electrical energy and the selection of a balancing group coordinator for a period of 36 calendar months. The award of the public procurement contract for the purchase and sale of electricity at freely negotiated prices is carried out in accordance with the applicable provisions of the Energy Act and other regulatory acts governing the public relations related to the supply of electricity. As an indivisible part of the electricity supply, the Contracting Authority requires the future contractor to carry out remote measurement and monitoring of the consumption of electricity at certain objects - up to a maximum of three, in order to ensure an increase in the efficiency of electricity consumption and the adoption of decisions and measures for energy efficiency.
