The present contract concerns the establishment of a low-latency connection, strictly less than 10 milliseconds, between the datacenters of Montpellier and Orléans and a point-to-point connection service between the datacenter of Orléans (ORL) and the Paris exchange node, with a latency strictly less than 5 milliseconds.
