The subject of the order, within the framework of the basic order, is the successive delivery of 1 257.728 m3 (1 257 728 litres) of engine oil. The ordering party envisages the possibility of applying the right of option, as referred to in Article 441(1) of the Pzp Act, which consists of delivering up to 186 m3 (186 000 litres) of engine oil to the ordering party's headquarters. The conditions for the implementation of the order are specified in the Specification of Order Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "SWZ") and in the Contract Template constituting Annex No. 1 to the SWZ.
