The scope of the contract is expressed in services related to the maintenance of access control systems (ACS) in the buildings of Elektrorazpredelenie Yug EAD (ER Yug) and EVN Bulgaria Toplofikatsiya EAD (TR), as follows: - Out-of-warranty maintenance of access control systems in buildings within the company's territory; - On-demand technical support, preventive, emergency, diagnostic and corrective activities, which are carried out to ensure the reliable operation of all system elements, uninterrupted and secure access for authorized persons, prevention of failures and incidents, correct synchronization between hardware, software and database, protection of information and logs related to access; - Supply, installation, commissioning – activities that are carried out as needed and upon request of the contracting authority, including when opening new access points.
